Wild horses have touch the hearts of people around the world. The Kosciusko heritage mob have not only become at one with the land but become part of the fabric of life within the snowy mountains of Australia, an alpine landscape. After living in the mountains for 180 years these iconic horses have become at one with the mountains, but today they fight for their lives. With few truly wild spirits left in this world these horses signify the fight for freedom in a changing world. This is a story of the Australian people and people around the world, restoring sensibility back into ecosystem management and saving the essence of a country. The more humanity believes its okay to harm animals in their natural landscape, the more society destroys the fabric of life on the planet. By taking away the spirit of these magnificent wild horses they take away the freedom of people. This story hides a bigger picture within our changing world. From the alpine mountains to forests and landscapes wild horses signify the same fight Australian people are also facing.
